Is it possible to deliver the advertisement I have ordered?
Yes. We have our own packing and dispatch department, which gives us full control over the order fulfilment process. For many years, we have been handling the comprehensive dispatch of advertising campaigns across Europe, gaining experience in the safe transport of various types of advertising materials.
We’ll have no problem delivering your order to the address you specify, ensuring it’s properly secured and delivered on time.

How do I prepare a file for printing?
It depends on the type of advertisement. For large-format graphics, it is important to ensure the correct resolution:
for works viewed at close range with an area of up to 2 m², 100–150 dpi,
for works viewed at close range with an area of over 2 m², 72–100 dpi,
for outdoor works viewed from a distance – from 60 dpi.The most important factor is the colour space converted to CMYK values. All text must be converted to curves. A bleed for the trim must also be added to the background.

What type of file should I upload?
We accept files in all common formats. We recommend the following formats: *.tiff, *.pdf; we also accept *.cdr (version X25 or earlier; we do not recommend this for files containing additional effects such as lens effects, tonal gradients, etc.) *.ai, *.eps, *.psd, *.indd)
